At ZyraGo, we process all orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once processed, your order is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Delivery time usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, high order volume, or other external factors which are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery. If a parcel is returned due to wrong information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
